What we collect, why, where it goes and how to get it back. This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party tracking.
ARIWU Studio is a business name of ARIWU Pty Ltd (ABN 63 660 353 300 · ACN 660 353 300) · last updated 2 September 2026
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, company name, ABN, email address, phone number, what you are enquiring about, your message, and any drawing file you upload.
Our server also records the browser you used and the page you arrived from. To rate-limit abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, and it is discarded within an hour.
We do not use cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site. There is nothing here tracking you between sites.
To answer your enquiry, quote, produce your render and invoice you. The ABN is used to confirm the enquiry comes from a business and to stop the same business being logged twice under different spellings of its name.
We do not send marketing email to addresses given through this form unless you ask us to.
Enquiries and uploaded drawings are stored on our own hosting account with Hostinger, in a directory that is not reachable from the web, and are emailed to us. They are not sent to any other service.
Only ARIWU Pty Ltd personnel see them. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, ever.
Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf and may store or back it up outside Australia.
Enquiries and drawings are kept while we may still be working with you and for seven years afterwards, which is the period Australian tax and business records law requires.
Ask us to delete an uploaded drawing once a job is finished and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email studio@ariwu.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
ARIWU Pty Ltd may fall below the Privacy Act 1988 turnover threshold, but we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles regardless.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Uploads are stored under randomly generated names in a directory that denies web access and script execution, the site is served over HTTPS, and the form is rate limited.
No system is perfectly secure, and this is shared hosting rather than an isolated environment. Do not send us anything you would not be willing to email.
